The jury believes that the decision to propose an outdoor speaker is very up-to date, given the increasing amount of attention paid by the outdoor world to the role of design. In the search for a balance between performance and aesthetics, the fact that the external housing features a combination of flat surfaces and edges, in contrast with the almost organic softness of the sound reflecting speaker located in the bottom part of the product, is a convincing choice; This is delicately emphasized by a further contrast between the external leather, white and glossy, and the internal finishes, black and matt. The accurate research into proportions and the clean lines do not slide into anonymity and show a mature and inspired designing ability.
